I am just a 22 year old girl who is going to school to become a nurse. At the same time I am always trying to find ways to eat healthy and stay on a low calorie budget to keep my weight in check! I will be posting great finds I have found that are low calorie, I will be posting pictures of recipes that I have come up with, and also recipes that I have gotten from others that I have tried out and really liked. I hope that people find this blog more informative than anything. I am not trying to say I am a completely healthy person who only eats perfect 100% of the time. That is simply just not the truth. I like to try recipes for desserts that are lower calorie and guilt-free and I don't mind using Splenda or Stevia in recipes where it calls for it. All I am trying to do is manage calories in vs. calories out. And I am just trying to help others out there that are trying to do the same. (: I really hope you enjoy my posts.
